YOUR TASKS AND POSITION DUTIES WILL BE:

• construction and development of a system for measuring client metrics (NPS, CSI/CSAT, construction and updating of CJM, etc.): definition of the list, description of metrics, calculation rules, segmentation of target values and measurement schedule;
• implementation and automation of research: formation of business requirements to automation/integrations (data sources, frequency, access roles), setting tasks for IT/analysts, participation in testing, acceptance and launch;
• organization of research and data collection: preparation of methodology, tools (questionnaires/scripts/samples), launch of waves/tracking, quality control, representativeness and compliance with deadlines;
• training of CC operators for relevant surveys, calibration (pilot/sample listening, error analysis) and quality control of their work;
• analytics, reporting and management of improvements: calculation and analysis of metrics (dynamics, slices, drivers), preparation of reports/dashboards and presentations, formation of a plan of improvement measures (prioritization, owners, deadlines, expected effect), implementation control and evaluation of the “before/after” effect;
• organization, management and contractual support of contractors (including purchases/tenders): preparation of TOR/briefs; participation in the tender selection of contractors (requirements, evaluation, justification), control of execution and acceptance of results (conformity to technical specifications), acts/reporting, coordination of payments and closing stages with purchases.

Eyesforged work results with indicative terms:

1. Audit of current metrics/sources/processes; the list and description of metrics, research schedule, basic requirements for automation/reporting - 1 month were formed and agreed.
2. Tender purchases of external research were carried out; conducted training of CC operators - 3 months.
3. Automated regular/monthly surveys - 4 months.

OUR WISHES FOR FUTURE EMPLOYEE:

• higher education in the fields of: sociology, marketing or economics;
• 2 years of work experience in a similar position;
• experience in quantitative and qualitative research, including service design: in-depth interviews/focus groups, CJM, analysis of needs and "pain points";
• knowledge of quantitative/qualitative research methodologies: sampling, statistical analysis, data quality control, interpretation of results, "driver" analysis;
• experience in building/supporting a system of client metrics (NPS, CSI/CSAT, etc.): descriptions of metrics, calculation rules, segmentation, regularity;
• experience in automating monthly research/tracking: setting up regular data collection, integrations, reporting templates/dashboards, stable cycle "collection-control-report";
• experience of managing end-to-end projects and preparation of presentations/reports with conclusions and recommendations in "business language"; tools: SPSS, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), preferably Power BI.
