Mandatory knowledge of Windows and macOS (required), Google, antivirus, networks;
Knowledge of IAM, RBAC is a must;

I. Equipment management (laptops and accessories)
Accounting, inventory, marking, keeping an up-to-date register of all equipment;
Preparation, installation, configuration and onboarding of equipment;
Installation of OS, drivers, corporate applications, VPN, antiviruses;
Replacement, upgrade, return of equipment;
Encrypting hard drives on company laptops;
Warranty repair control.
Creation/deactivation of accounts in corporate systems;
Configuring MFA, passwords, access groups;
Access matrix support;
Regular access audits.
III. Cyber Security
EDR/antivirus setup and support;
VPN support, update control;
Incident response;
Implementation of MDM.
IV. Technical support
First line support;
Working with tickets;
Creating a knowledge base.
V. Software Management
Software licensing and accounting.
Subscription control.
Installing and updating software.
VI. Interaction with teams
Working with HR (onboarding/offboarding).
Working with finances.
Interaction with a cyber security specialist.
Participation in internal IT processes.
