Financial analyst in Kompaniya Paletniy Dvir, TOV

Main responsibilities:

• Budgeting and control of compliance with budgets.
• Forecasting the flow of funds: weekly, monthly, quarterly.
• Preparation of management financial statements: P&L, CF, Balance Sheet.
• Formation and analysis of operational reports: debtor, creditor, production.
• Plan-fact analysis, recommendations and presentation of results to management/investors.
• Control of the receipt of funds and management of receivables.
• Creation and management of payment calendar of the group of companies.
• Control of balances and coordination of payment schedules.
• Preparation of document packages for credit programs.
• Control of financing conditions: rates, covenants, security.
• Control of accounting methodology and compliance with standards.
• Analysis and adjustment of operations, control of compliance of business processes with the financial model.
• Participation in automation: setting technical tasks for programmers (1C, BI, CRM).
• Preparation of financial presentations for management/investors.??

Requirements:

• From 3 years of experience.
• Practical experience in budgeting and treasury.
• Formation of management reporting (P&L, CF, BS).
• Experience in automation / production technical tasks.??
• Knowledge and skills?: Excel/Sheets — expert level; 1C: UTP; Financial modeling; knowledge of accounting methodology and management control.
• Personal qualities: analytical, systematic, attention to details, ability to find solutions and propose alternatives, ability to work with a large array of data and deadlines.
