Your tasks:

• stock management: organization and control of the ordering process for perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, meat, dairy products, etc.);
• demand and stock analysis: analysis of sales trends and available stocks to optimize orders and avoid shortages or surpluses of goods;
• work with suppliers: establishing and maintaining contacts with suppliers to agree on terms of supply, delivery terms and storage conditions;
• control of expiration dates: constant monitoring of product expiration dates and taking measures to reduce losses;
• identification of needs: determination of product needs based on sales analysis and forecasts;
• work with internal systems: use of stock and warehouse management software;
• coordination with other departments: cooperation with logistics department, purchasing department and sales department to ensure smooth operations;
• reporting: preparation of reports on order fulfillment, inventory and quality or delivery time issues.

About us important:

• higher education; 
• experience as an order manager or in the field of inventory management from 1 year (experience with perishable products will be an advantage);
• knowledge: understanding of the principles of inventory management and logistics, in particular, for goods with a short shelf life;
• skills: ability to work with inventory management software (1C, SAP, Excel etc.);
• communication skills: ability to interact effectively with suppliers and internal departments;
• organization and attention to detail: ability to work with large volumes of information and ensure accuracy in orders.
