Lead Compliance Specialist (Sanctions) in Logos Personal

For our client - UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group, one of the largest universal banks of Ukraine, we are looking for a specialist for the position of Leading specialist in compliance (sanction control).

Main responsibilities:

• Implementation and support of the bank's policies and procedures for compliance with financial sanctions and embargoes (as required BNPP and the legislation of Ukraine).

• Consulting bank employees on the analysis of customers and their operations.

• Analysis of customers and operations for compliance with sanctions policies, processing of "alerts".

• Participation in the implementation of BNPP Group standards to minimize compliance risks and reputational risks.

• Participation in development and testing of compliance requirements for banking systems, risk assessment.

• Participation in the approval process of bank clients and partners in the Committee taking into account financial security risks.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has a higher economic or legal education.

• Has work experience (from 2 years) in the banking sector in the areas of: compliance, currency control, financial monitoring, documentary operations.

• Has high analytical abilities.

• Has knowledge of Ukrainian and international legislation in the field of compliance, financial monitoring and currency regulation.

• Fluent in Ukrainian and English (level no lower than Intermediate).

• Experienced user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP.
