Internet sales accountant in Intertop Ukraine

We manage 14 retail chains of multi- and single-brand stores, including: INTERTOP, Ecco, Geox, Timberland, Skechers, Marc O'Polo, Napapijri, Emporio Armani, Armani Exchange, The North Face, Vans, EA7, INTERTOP Outlet and Kiko Milano.

We are actively developingour own marketplace based on the online platform INTERTOP.UA and a mobile application. The company's portfolio includes more than 500 brands of footwear, clothing, accessories and cosmetics, including its own Braska brand. Weare:an initiative and involved specialist for the position of accountant, who will help strengthen the company's image, shape the brand's information space and create meaningful stories about INTERTOP's people, style and inspiration.

Main requirements:

• higher education (accounting / auditing or related)
• 2 years of experience as an accountant, experience with VAT (online sales, first event, tax invoices)
• attention, responsibility, systematicity

Functional duties:

• daily reconciliation of shipments from stores and returns of goods for online orders in SAP
• reconciliation of payments by SAP checks and Checkbox
• downloading transcripts for post-payments (NovaPay, Ukrposhta, etc.) in the system, working with bank statements (including Universal Bank)
• returning funds to customers and monitoring the success of operations, preparing documents for refunds (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
• maintaining tables and reports on returns of online orders
