Accounting specialist in Kryukiv region in NDA Recruitment

Our partner is looking for an accounting specialist for a company that values ​​accuracy, systematicity and a responsible approach to work. We are looking for a specialist who is attentive to details, who will help ensure accurate accounting of materials and maintain transparency of production processes.

Your main tasks:

• Accounting for the receipt, movement, and expenditure of goods by shops;
• Keeping records of materials (production orders in Dynamics);
• Creating, maintaining and closing production applications in Dynamics;
• Daily reconciliation of balances in the system with actual data;
• Tracking the status of components;
• Working with warehouses: internal movement, inventory, control of the correctness of packaging and labeling;
• Communication with storekeepers, craftsmen, planning department, supply;

What is important for us:

• Secondary specialized or higher technical education;
• Experience with inventory accounting or production dispatching - from 1-2 years;
• Required - practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central / F&O / AX) or similar ERP (SAP, 1C, Oracle);
• Preferably - experience in mechanical engineering;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook;
• Knowledge of the structure of production orders, routes, nomenclature;
• Ability to read route maps, specifications, BOM (product structure);
• Responsibility, attentiveness, speed in data entry.
