Internet marketer (remotely, payment by project, only private entrepreneur) in RemarkaFilm / Potehin A.V., FLP

I am looking for an Internet marketer to promote a beauty salon in Germany.
The work is completely remote, the place of residence does not matter.

Main tasks:
• setting up and maintaining advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• creating creatives and texts for advertising
• optimizing the site for Google requirements and improving conversion
• analyzing statistics and optimizing the budget
• preparing reports and suggestions for improving results

Requirements:
• at least 1 year of experience in internet marketing
•clear understanding of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, GA4, Tag Manager
• ability to independently create creatives and texts
• knowledge of any foreign language (preferably if it is German)
• attentiveness, responsibility and compliance terms
• a private entrepreneur is requiredfor official cooperation
• an open currency account in euros will speed up the start of cooperation

Conditions:
• format - remote project work
• payment - 400-500 UAH/hour, depending on experience
• payments under the service agreement between the private entrepreneur and the customer (officially, in euros)
• bonuses for initiative and stable results

Additionally:
Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci, etc.) will be an advantage.
Editing is paidseparately, by agreement for each project.
