• Strategy development and implementation: Creation and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and attract new customers, taking into account the defined target audiences (in b2b and b2c segments ) taking into account the company's entry into international markets;
• Analysis of competitors: Detailed analysis of competitors on the market and development of a competitive marketing strategy;
• Team management: Management of an internal and external team of specialists working on the promotion of the studio through social networks, paid Google and Meta advertising (Facebook and Instagram), PR campaigns;
• Content management:< /strong> Writing or editing articles, preparing materials for the blog, website and social networks. Constant replenishment of content on the company's website;
• Organization of filming: Planning and coordination of video shoots for the company's YouTube channel, cooperation with videographers and editors;
• Analytics and reporting: Preparation of reports for management, which include all areas of marketing, analysis of campaign effectiveness and suggestions for their optimization;
• Analysis of advertising campaigns and SEO: Analysis of all advertising campaigns and SEO-optimization, defining goals and monitoring their achievement;
• Partnership and PR: Establishing partnership relations in the B2B segment, organizing and conducting PR campaigns;

If you have:

• Experience in digital marketing from 3 years;
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively and manage them; 
• Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SMM);
• Analytical skills and know how to work with data.
• Creativity, initiative and result orientation.
• Experience of working with international markets (will be an advantage).
