Reason for job opening:the company is expanding the geography of supplies, which requires an in-depth analysis of the international market and the development of profitable strategieson distribution and promotion.
Who we are looking for: a specialist who has successful experience in a similar position, preferably in the beauty industry.
Key value product position: increasing the company's profit through effective management of international sales.
What is important in this position:
Higher education, preferably in the field of international trade, economics, marketing or management.
Specialized courses or certifications in sales or negotiation are an advantage.
Experience as a sales manager in international companies.
Experience of working with clients from different countries and cultures.
2-3 years of experience in sales or export-import operations.
Fluency in English.
Basic knowledge of financial aspects of international trade (currency transactions, taxation).
Understanding the international market, competitive environment and the specifics of a specific industry.
What you will have to do:
Analytical work:
analysis of markets and changes in the international market environment, including competitive analysis and research of consumer needs (together withby the marketing department);
analysis of other market players and SWOT analysis.
Expansion of sales markets:
search for partners for distribution in the market: networks, distributors, online stores;
concluding contracts, sending samples to the specified foreign territory, conducting negotiations and full responsibility for new and current projects.
Sales strategy:
preparation and implementation of a strategy for distribution and promotion on the market (clustering of partners, understanding of the potential and a qualitative approach in setting priorities and goals);
preparation of the price and product model on the market together with the marketing department;
planning of the income and expense part by markets.
Working with partners:
participation in the development of the sales plan and its implementation;
P&L control for each client;
work with current customers to order, turnover of goods on the shelf, promotions, document processing, payments;
participation in the development of a system of bonuses and discounts for counterparties;
increasing turnover of goods on the shelf;
expansion of the client base: expansion of TT coverage, introduction of additional assortment.
Reportability:
Weekly\monthly reporting on the implementation of the sales plan.
Layout:
responsibility for the formation of Annual Budgeting by Clusters (formation of targets) in terms of assortment (also review of orders and correction of forecasts).
Performance analysis >
monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns, making adjustments to achieve better results.
How will your performance be measured:
Achieving targets: Comparison of actual sales with planned or target figures.
Increasing the volume of sales in new markets: number of new markets or regions where sales were made.
Profitability: Ratio of profit to cost of sales, taking into account logistics, customs duties, marketing, etc.
Return on Sales (ROS): percentage of profit the company receives from international sales.
Attracting new customers: number of new contracts or agreements concluded with international clients.
Success of deals: Percentage of successfully completed deals from the total number of negotiations.
