Specialist in internal communications and corporate culture in NovaPay

We are currently inviting a specialist to the team for the position of "Specialist in internal communications and corporate culture"

Our expectations:

• higher education;
• work experience in the relevant field - from the 1st year;
• knowledge of how to write texts so that you want to read them to the end;
• knowledge of the peculiarities of various genres of writing materials: news, article, social network post, interview, instruction, message;
• knowledge of the differences between internal and external communications in the company
• skills in creating content for various communication channels;
• successful experience of forming corporate culture in system companies;
• Ability to work with graphic editors (Photoshop, Canva), video editors (Lightworks, Shotcut).
• availability of a working portfolio with posts and visuals

Main tasks:

• writing content in Ukrainian and English, taking into account the peculiarities of writing for various channels of corporate communication;
• creation of visual content for internal communications (independently or with designers);
• preparation of greeting cards for corporate, professional, personal and public holidays;
• organization (from the creation of an idea to its implementation) of corporate events, meetings in online and offline format, which contribute to involvement in the corporate life of the Company, improvement of internal communication and cooperation between employees. 
• organization of charity events;
• organization of the purchase of branded goods and gifts for the Company's employees: interaction with other departments, registration of technical specifications, approval of samples of printed products, etc.; 
• information support for sports and other initiatives from employees; 
• participation in projects to strengthen corporate culture and promote the Company's HR brand.
