Deputy Financial Director in Electrotrading Group

Main responsibilities:

• Management reporting of a group of companies
• Preparation of planned and actual P&L and Cash Flow for group companies
• Formation of calculations and financial statements
• Tax planning for the group (VAT)
• Support of bank transactions and operations, including operations with banks guarantees
• Control of fulfillment of the terms of contracts with banks
• Support of other banking operations
• Preparation of necessary reporting for banks
• Currency control
• Liquidity management
• Control of funds balances in banks
• Placing of deposits
• Checking and negotiation of contracts, in part of the financial function
• Financial mutual settlements in a non-resident company
• Planning and support of settlements
• Interaction with foreign banks and consultants

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher financial/economic education
• Experience in a similar position from 3 years
• Practical skills in working with MS Office (Excel - confident), BAS, BAF
• Deep understanding of management accounting, export-import operations
• System thinking, attention to detail, ability to work in multitasking conditions, responsibility, stress resistance
• Experience in analyzing financial data and preparing reports for management

Will be an advantage:

• Knowledge of English and German language
• Experience of supporting groups of companies
• Knowledge of interaction with non-resident companies
