Intern UI/UX Designer in Luxoft

Project Description:

Integrated Platform empowers drilling teams to generate technically and economically feasible drilling programs in a few hours, as well as cloud solutions.

Responsibilities:

Help with conducting user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors;
- Help with creating surveys or personas;
- Creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final designs that are visually appealing and user-friendly;
- Strong focus on clickable prototyping and consistent UI solutions;

Mandatory Skills Description:

UI/UX Design, Figma, understanding of Design system usage.
Certificate of UI/UX course (UI/UX Design)
Portfolio

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

Experience in User interviews and communication with clients.

Communication & Presentation Skills:
 - Candidate do not afraid to communicate with stakeholders in English
 - The intern should have good verbal and written communication skills and good presentation skills. He/she needs to be able to effectively convey their ideas and rationale to team members and stakeholders.

Teamwork: the intern should be a team player who can work well with all team members.

Adaptability: the intern should be open to learning and adapting to new tools and techniques.

Feedback Receptiveness: the intern should be open to receiving feedback from team members and be willing to iterate on his/her performance based on that feedback.
