Required skills:

• Experience with JIRA and creating documentation in Confluence.
• Writing technical documentation using a variety of modeling and visualization tools.
• Ability to decompose processes into components.
• Ability to create documentation in English.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Ability to write clearly, logically and structured.
• Accuracy and attention to detail in writing and editing documents.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
• Responsibility and organization.
• Attention to detail and focus.

Main tasks:

• Gathering, analyzing and documenting the requirements and needs of the Product Billing Team.
• Converting requirements into target documentation.
• Development of detailed guides for end users explaining how to use various features of the billing system.
• Writing knowledge base articles, FAQs and other support materials for merchants.
• Keeping documentation up-to-date, taking into account product updates, new features, and system architecture changes.
• Development of diagrams, charts, video tutorials and other visual materials to facilitate understanding of technical concepts.
• Gathering feedback from internal and external users on documentation.
• Finalization and improvement of the document base.
