We are looking for a person who wants to enter the field of digital marketing with normal mentoring, a lively vibe and no toxic corporatism.

Your days will look like this:

helping launch advertising campaigns (Meta / TikTok / Google - we will learn)
analyzing how ads work and looking for areas for improvement
gathering audiences, segments, interests
selecting creatives, references, formats
you help with reporting and analytics (simple and without Excel stress)
you learn in practice — from creating ads to optimization

What is required of you:

— be interested in advertising and social network algorithms
— love numbers as much as creative ideas
— be able to learn quickly and not be afraid of tests and experiments
— be attentive, structured and active
- experience is not required - because you are an intern
