Salary: UAH 30,000 - 35,000
Schedule: Full-time, 5/2, 8 working hours each

About us

We are a modern coffee shop with an emphasis on service, atmosphere and quality drinks. We are looking for a Direct manager - a person who will be responsible for communication with customers in the online space, prompt interaction in social networks and coordination of internal processes related to orders.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining direct communication with customers in social networks and messengers (Instagram, Telegram, etc.).

• Reception and processing online orders: reservations, pre-orders, processing of CAFE/desserts "to go".

• Answers to guests' questions, consultations regarding the menu, promotions and novelties.

• Coordination of work with personnel: transfer of orders, control of execution, clarification of details.

• Prompt resolution of small organizational issues of customers.

• Creation of a positive image coffee shops in online communication.

• Help in keeping simple order statistics.

• Supporting a quick and high-quality response to customers according to internal service standards.

Requirements

• Experience of 3 months in the field of service/communication or a student with good communication skills skills.

• Competent written communication.

• Resistance to stress and the ability to quickly respond to requests.

• Skills for working with a smartphone, messengers, social networks.

• Politeness, responsibility, speed and pleasant service.

• Desire to work in the coffee industry and learn new things.

Will be a plus

• Experience as an administrator, barista, manager of social networks.

• Knowledge of the basic principles of service and hospitality.

• Interest in coffee and coffee culture.
