Main tasks:

  • Data analysis: collection, processing and updating of HR data to prepare reports that support decision-making, document management, internal communication support
  • Participation in projects: support HRBP in the implementation of various projects (onboarding, reducing turnover, increasing engagement) related to talent development and management changes.
  • Preparation and organization of training events: assistance in planning and conducting trainings and seminars for employees, development of presentations and information materials to support HR initiatives.
  • Gathering feedback: Participating in the process of collecting and analyzing feedback from employees to improve the work environment.

Skills you will develop:

Hard Skills (professional skills):

  • Data Analysis: Ability to work with HR data, use Excel and other analytical tools to create reports and make decisions.
  • Project Management: Planning and implementation of HR projects, compliance with deadlines and budgets.
  • Administrative skills: Keeping documentation, managing databases and supporting internal communications.
  • Developing training programs: Creating and organizing trainings for employees.
