Intern: Analyst-consultant of Microsoft Dynamics ERP in Innoware

We are Innoware, IT consulting company and partner of Microsoft, we announce an internship for everyone who is interested in developing in analytics and implementation of IT solutions!

Our internship will be aimed at studying the world's most popular ERP system and diving into the future role of an ERP consultant:

1. You will study the functionality of the ERP solutionMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Business Central which, by the way, recognized as the best cloud ERP solution in the world according to Forbes Advisor!
2. You will familiarize yourself with the business processes of companies using the example of real projects and configure these business processes in the ERP system.
3. You will master educational materials, perform practical cases, pass tests for cutting knowledge, conduct presentations and demonstrations in the system.
4. All this - with the support of our experienced mentors! 

It will be interesting and full, and everyone who perfectly copes with the tasks will receive a Job Offer from Innoware! Duration of internship: ~2 months, from 03/04/2026 05/13/2026.

How much time will it take: 20 hours/week, of which 5-10 hours/week - online meetings within standard working hours, and at another convenient time for you, you will study and do homework.

Important: from the point of view of workload, our internship cannot be combined with another job, especially full-time. At the same time, it is absolutely possible to combine it with higher education.

Format:online – through an Innoware account in Microsoft 365. You will have access to Outlook, Teams, the ERP system environment and educational materials.

Youwill need:your laptop, high-speed Internet access, 20 free hours per week and, of course, attention and interest :)

So, this internship is very, very much for you if:

• You are a student of senior years (4th or master’s) or you already have a diploma of higher education in the field of economics or IT.
• You have high academic results, strong analytical and logical skills abilities 
• You have basic knowledge of databases and/or advanced level of Excel. It will also be great if you have knowledge in the field of corporate finance or business economics (academic or practical).
• You are fluent in the Ukrainian language and know English at theUpper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
• You live in Ukraine (this is important for solving organizational issues and further work at Innoware).
• You have an interest in analytics and IT solutions. We will definitely deepen this interest in
• Softskills: you can confidently say that such traits as systematicity, responsibility, attentiveness, proactivity, sociability are about you! And also - openness to new knowledge and willingness to learn a lot!

Actually, what does an ERP consultant do and, accordingly, what will be your tasks and goals after the internship:

1. Participation in projects:

• Communication with clients, holding meetings in order to record their business processes.
• Business analysis. Description and analysis of the recorded business processes of clients with the aim of setting them up in the ERP system.
• Setting up the functionality of the ERP system.
• Creation of project documentation, preparation of technical tasks for the development team, coordination and finalization of documents with clients.
• Testing. Ensuring compliance of the configured system with the needs and requirements of customers.
• Supporting customers during acceptance testing, deployment of new functions and start of operation (GoLive).

2. Training. Developing and strengthening your competencies, studying project methodology, passing international Microsoft certification.
