Insurance program support manager in Konditerskaya korporaciya «ROShEN»

Main responsibilities:

• Implementing and updating insurance programs
• Assessing risks and initiating changes to insurance conditions
• Participating in selection tenders insurers
• Negotiations with insurance companies regarding conditions, coverage and tariffs
• Quality control of insurance services
• Formation and updating of lists of insured persons
• Support of insurance cases and control of their review
• Consultations on insurance, applications and compensations
• Preparation of financial and insurance reporting
• Analysis of insurance claims cases (in particular industrial ones)
• Coordination of the project to support the mental health of employees
• Keeping documentation.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education (economics, finance, medicine with additional experience in insurance)
• 2 years of work experience in a similar position
• Understanding the specifics of industrial risks (trauma, harmful conditions, night shifts, etc.
• Ability to solve problems and find a common language with different parties.
