The largest pharmacy chain "Podorozhnyk" has been successfully operating on the market for over 25 years. The network includes 2,300+ pharmaciesand over 12,000 employees in all regions of Ukraine. Due to the expansion of the team, we are looking for a HR manager.

Requirements:

• experience work in a similar position from 1 year;
• analytical thinking;
• basic knowledge of personnel accounting and labor legislation;
• communication and the ability to find an approach to different people;
• desire to learn and develop.

Responsibilities:

• timely and high-quality recruitment of personnel for pharmacy units;
• analysis of search sources and determination of their effectiveness in regions;
• search for new sources involvement;
• monitoring of the labor market;
• information support on personnel issues of employees;
• providing recruitment of personnel in difficult and remote regions, including business trips.
