Inspector of the personnel department (right bank, Vokzalna metro station) in BeerMarket

Beer Market is one of the largest draft beer chains in Ukraine. We are looking for a specialist who is well-versed in labor legislation, has experience in personnel administration and appreciates order in documents.

If you have experience in personnel management, work in 1C and Excel and are looking for a stable job in a friendly team - this vacancy is for you!

Main duties:

• Full management of personnel administration: registration of acceptance, transfer, release; 
• Maintenance and storage of work books and personal files; 
• Preparation and registration of personnel orders; 
• Formation of references from the place of work;
• Entering information into the accounting system 1C: Enterprise 8.3.

What is important for this role?

• Experience of working as a personnel inspector from 1 year;
• Knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine and the ability to navigate personnel legislation;
• Working skills in 1C: ZUP, Excel, ability to work with a large amount of information;
• Attention, responsibility, organization.
