Recruiter with knowledge of the German language in Agentify Ltd

We are currently expanding our German direction and are looking for an experienced Recruiter with knowledge of the German language.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting interviews with candidates in German (working together with a sourcer);
• Evaluating the candidate’s communication skills, motivation and compliance with requirements
• Supporting candidates at all stages of selection before the start of studies;
• Interaction with by hiring managers, trainers and supervisors;
• Management of the candidate database in CRM and work with Google tools (sheets, calendar, mail).
  Requirements:
• Experience in recruiting from 1 year is mandatory (preferably in mass recruitment, sales, call center);
• German language — B2+ (required);
• Understanding various interview techniques and methods
• Experience in interviewing and evaluating candidates;
• Ability to work in Google Document, MS Office (Google Sheets, Excel).
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems;
• Developed communication skills and analytical thinking;
