Inspector of personnel department in Delikat, sim'ya magaziniv

The "Delicat" family of stores invites an HR department inspector to its team.

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following requirements:

• experience in personnel management document management;
• fluent command of a PC, office programs, 1C personnel;
• competent oral and written language;
• good organizational skills, active life position, optimism, creativity, communication skills, desire to learn new things;
• love for one's work and for people.

What will be done at work:

• Acceptance, transfer, dismissal of the company's employees;
• Keeping records of the company's personnel; electronic timesheets using Face ID;
• Create and manage personal files of employees, make changes;
• Make a schedule of annual vacations and monitor compliance with schedules;
• Work with e-mails of incapacity for work, calculation of insurance length;
• Maintenance of staff list, making changes.
