What qualities and experience can you impress us with:

• Experience in a similar position preferably from 2 years.
• Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine and the basics of personnel management.
• Diligence, balance, attention to details.
• Working with the program 1C or similar, for example BAFF

What responsibilities await you:

• Management of personnel records in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine: registration of hiring, transfer, dismissal of employees; drawing up orders on personnel issues. 
• Maintaining personal files, work books (in paper format - if necessary).
• Registering vacations, business trips.
• Compiling vacation schedules.
• Maintaining staff list and monitoring its relevance.
• Maintaining a positive image of the company among candidates, leaving a pleasant "aftertaste" from getting to know the company.
