Technical support specialist in CUM Kiyiv

TsUM Kyiv is looking for an attentive and responsible BAS/1C user support specialist who will help employees work effectively in the system. The main task is to promptly respond to requests, provide high-quality advice, conduct initial diagnostics of problems and participate in testing updates.

Requirements:

• ability to reproduce and clearly describe the problem for developers
• understanding of key subsystems: purchasing, sales, warehouse, cash register, accounting
• ability to work with a large number of requests, to be able to determine priorities
• competent written Ukrainian, the ability to clearly formulate an opinion.
• attention to details, perseverance and responsibility.
• willingness to quickly learn work in 1C/BAS, testing and work with the help desk.

It will be an advantage:

• experience in technical support or software testing
• experience in BAS/1C at the level of a confident user
• willingness to master the language and tools of internal development.
