HR manager in Sintez Technologies Ukraine

We are looking for someone who will take care of events, communications, recruiting and everything that makes working days warmer.  The format of the work is office only.

What you will do:

• Organize events - come up with, plan and conduct internal events (online and offline) so that fun, meaningful and united the team;
• Maintain the company's social networks - an internal Instagram for the team and an external account for candidates;
• Communicate with the team - in person, online, in chats;
• Conduct onboarding - so that every newcomer feels welcome from the first minutes;
• Help with recruiting - publish vacancies, search for candidates, help coordinate the feedback stages and interview;
• Manage document circulation (orders, certificates, vacations, sick days);
• Help with surveys, internal analytics, welcome books and other initiatives;
• Make sure that everything is in its place in the office - cozy, clean, with coffee and a smile

We are looking for a person who:

• has a good sense of communication tone (knows how to write, conduct social networks with a soul);
• attention to details and structure;
• but does not hesitate to ask questions if something is unclear;
• understands the value of human relations in the company and is not afraid to be the first to write: "how are you?";
• ready to help the team grow - through recruiting, adaptation and constant support.
