Responsibilities:
- Organization keeping military records and monitoring of this work;
- Management of personnel records, reception, transfer, transfer, management of personal files, development of internal regulatory documents, participation in the development of automatic personnel workflow processes, drawing up a vacation schedule (main, additional), formation of analytical reporting on personnel, preparation of personnel reporting to state bodies, interaction with the accounting department on financial calculations for personnel, consultation of employees on personnel issues (issuance of certificates, copies).
- Monitoring, study, updating of regulatory bases for keeping military records (Laws, Resolutions, Instructions, Reports, etc.);
- Cooperation with territorial centers of recruitment and social support, mobilization departments of the District Administrations of Kyiv;
- Preparation for planned inspections conducted by the TCC jointly with the representative of the mob department of the RDA, on issues of military accounting and direct participation in such inspections.
Working conditions:
- Work schedule: from 8 am to 4:30 pm Mon-Fri;
- Official employment according to the Labor Code of Ukraine (paid vacation, sick leave);
- Timely payment wages (twice a month);
