Personnel and military accounting inspector (left bank) in Nove Stolittya Plyus

PP "Nove Stolittya Plus" is a manufacturing company with more than 15 years of experience in the field of processing sheet materials and manufacturing products for business.

The structure of the enterprise includes production departments (CNC cutting, bending, welding, assembling), a design department and an office.

In connection with the expansion of the HR department, we are looking for a responsible specialist for personnel and military management accounting.

What we offer:

• stable salary 35,000 - 40,000 UAH and official employment

• participation in the current work of the personnel service within the scope of the position's competence

• work schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00

• support from the HR department and management

What to do:  

Personnel accounting:

• registration of hiring, transfer and dismissal of employees
• formation and management of personal files

• preparation of orders, certificates, official documents

• keeping records of holidays, sick days

• participation in keeping a timesheet

• keeping personnel documentation up to date

Military accounting:

• keeping personal military accounting conscripts, conscripts and reservists

• verification of military registration documents upon hiring

• formation and management accounting lists

• preparation and submission of messages to TCCs and SPs

• interaction with TCCs and SPs, preparation responses to requests

• preparation of documents for booking and rebooking of employees

• maintaining the relevance of military records data

Who we are looking for:  

• experience in personnel accounting - from 2 years

• experience in keeping military records

• knowledge of the Civil Code of Ukraine and requirements for keeping military records accounting

• confident user of MS Word and Excel

• attention to details and responsibility

Would be an advantage:

• experience of working in a manufacturing enterprise

• experience of interaction with TCC and JV

• experience in preparing documents for booking employees
