And today the Digital Division of Starlight Media invites cooperation with Dcover designer on YouTube.

Your tasks will be:

• creation of bright, attractive and clickable covers for videos that attract the attention of the audience;
• development of the design of digital assets for content promotion;
• analysis of current trends in the field of YouTube design;
• cooperation with video editors and marketing team to achieve a unified visual style;
• using A/B testing to determine the most effective solutions in cover design;
• optimizing and developing the visual style of the channel to increase brand awareness.

Our expectations from you:

• higher education;
• work experience in a similar position from 2 years —mandatory;
• confident command of Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Midjourney, Google Drive, YouTube as a user;
• knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level will be an advantage;
• creative approach to creating graphics, the ability to generate ideas and attractive concepts that will attract the attention of the audience;
• be able to convey the brand identity of the company through video covers (use of logos, color scheme and other branding elements);
• effective interaction with other team members, including content managers, video and text editors;
• experience in creating covers and graphics for video content on YouTube and other platforms;
• the ability to quickly adapt to changes.
