We are looking for a person who will help shoulder some of the burden on our current Inside Sales Manager when it comes to answering inquiries timely and correctly.
Our business’ peak season is the Holidays and it is similar to working at a travel-related job between May and September. This is why we are looking for someone to start before September.

To do this, here are the skills/experiences you would need:
1) min. B2 level English
2) If the candidate resides in Ukraine, access to a stable internet connection (optical?) and power supply in case of a power outage
Working hours are 9h — 18h EST (15h — 24h UA)
2) Familiarity with managing inbound chats, tickets and forms by using tools like ZenDesk or HubSpot. You will need to call the customers back, enrol them into sequences and follow through with them until the desired outcome is achieved e.g. scheduling a call or qualification of the request.*
3) Research the customers and their companies on databases like LinkedIn. Ensure their records are filled with missing details and the distribution of leads is done according to rules.
4) Preferred: Familiarity with similar position in eCommerce or SaaS
P.S. You may be asked to follow through with the sales and close the order as well.
