RnD manager, Market Research Analyst in EvoPlay

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a RnD, Research, Development manager

What we expect:

• At least one year of experience in an RnD manager position or a similar role.
• English language level B1 or higher.
• Strong analytical skills: ability to deeply analyze the market and competitive environment.
• Experience in conducting market research, including geographic, cultural and macroeconomic aspects of the market.
• Effective communication skills to interact with different teams and stakeholders.
• Creativity and innovative thinking: ability to generate new ideas and approaches for business growth.
• Presentation and reporting skills: Ability to present information clearly and persuasively, prepare reports and make presentations.
• Experience in the iGaming niche will be a plus.

Tasks:

• Market research: conducting comprehensive market research, including analysis of geographic features and trends.
• Competitor analysis: evaluating sites and strategies competitors, identifying their strengths and weaknesses.
• Identification of growth points: finding new opportunities for business expansion and development.
• Collaboration with teams: interaction with other departments to implement research findings and strategies growth.
• Reporting and analysis: preparation of research and analysis reports for management and stakeholders.
• Trend monitoring: tracking current and future industry trends to adapt development strategy.< /li>
