BO TBPeopleUkraine is a non-governmental charitable organization that deals with the fight against tuberculosis (TB) in Ukraine. The priority areas of our activity are the defense of rights and the advocacy of systemic changes, both at the regional and national levels in order to ensure equal access to quality, person-oriented services for all people with TB.

BO TBPeopleUkraine announces a competition for the selection of a consultant for information support of communication department, which will provide services (full-time, hybrid work format) within the project "Integrated support TV services through monitoring by the TV community", which will be implemented jointly with the IBF "Public Health Alliance" with the support of the Global Fund.Name of the Organization :BOTBPeopleUkraine.

Brief description of the implementing activities of TBPeopleUkraine within the scope of the project:

• Component 32A: Provision of community-based remote TB treatment services
• Component 33A: Improving the quality of community TV services
• Component 34A: Community-led monitoring of the quality of TV services

Purpose of activity:Comprehensive strengthening of the system of providing related support services for people with TB by providing patients with access to additional services and protecting their rights, helping to improve their health, quality of life and education.

Activity duration:02.01.2025-12.31.2025 with a possible extensionpit.

Geography of activity:Kyiv and region.

The purpose of the contest: Selection of a consultant from information support of the project to ensure effective support of activities within the project.

What will need to be done?

• Share important information: publish materials on our website, in social networks and in thematic groups.

• Work on texts: help the manager create informative and creative materials.

• Create presentations according to our brand book and template.

• Assist in coordinating contractors: communicate, monitor deadlines, check quality.

• Organize delivery: from time to time pack and ship printed and other materials.

• Participate in meetings and events — both online and live.

• Report on completed tasks in the format agreed with the Organization.

 We are looking for someone who:

• is fluent in Ukrainian and English at the Inte levelrmediate+;

• works confidently (or is ready to learn) in Canva, Figma and PowerPoint;

• writes competently, knows how to search and analyze information;

• communicative and easily finds a common language with command;

• responsible for tasks and always adheres to deadlines;

• lives in Kyiv or the region and can work in an office if necessary.

In case of discovery of such facts,the results of the competition will be canceled or the contract with the relevant supplier will be prematurely terminated unilaterally with the return of everything received by such supplier under the contract and compensation for damages;

The organizers of the competition reserve the right to replace the selected candidate in case of poor performance of tasks project.

• The winner of the contest will be notified in no more than 10 working days after the end of the competition.
