We are looking for a DevOps engineer in the Department of Operational Technologies

Your main tasks will be :

• Implement, configure, support and scale infrastructure for cloud platforms.
• Implementation and support of CI/CD processes for developers.
• Monitoring and health assurance development environments, as well as the tools used.
• Constant cooperation with the development team, elimination of shortcomings and optimization of work services.
• Monitoring and optimization of infrastructure, services/applications performance, timely response and troubleshooting.
• Automation, creation and management of instances.
• Ensuring high availability, reliability and security of infrastructure and services.
• Administration of servers on Linux OS.
• Control and cost forecasting cloud infrastructure and supporting tools.
• Organization and control of backup and recovery processes (RCiV).
• Identification and development of automation tools and scenarios to improve development efficiency.
• Creation and maintenance of infrastructure management technical documentation, including a backup plan.
• Compliance and enforcement of information security regulations security.
• Participation in projects to implement new innovative technologies and solutions.

• Higher education (IT or technical).
• Experience in DevOps at least 3 years.
• Administration of web servers on Linux OS at least 3 years.
• Experience in automation of deployment, scaling (Auto Scaling) and high availability infrastructure management.
• Experience in working with cloud services.
• Experience in configuring and supporting highly loaded services and servers.
• Experience in working with Nginx, Apache, IIS web servers (proxy, caching, load balancing, php-fpm).
• Experience with containerization solutions (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in installing and configuring Sphinx (full-text search system).
• Experience in configuring and clustering databases, optimization and database load balancing (PostgreSQL, MariaDB) - Galera Cluster, MSSQL.
• Experience in setting up balancing (Nginx) and replication for web servers. Experience with CI/CD (preferably Azure DevOps + GitLab).
• Knowledge and use of Git.
• Knowledge of automation scripting languages ​​(Python/Bash/PowerShell).
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployment. OS management and configuration using Ansible.
• Experience configuring VPN and routing. SMTP server configuration and administration.
• Experience in configuring and working with the Redis caching system.
• Experience in working with logging and monitoring systems (Grafana, Prometheus, Elasticsearch logs, etc.).

• Experience in implementing backup of cloud infrastructure and development services/applications.
• The level of English language proficiency is not lower Intermediate.
• Systemic thinking, communication, organization and decision-making skills.

Commercial work experience

DevOps engineer not less than 3 years,

with Databases (PostgreSQL, MariaDB, MSSQL) — 2 years.

Administration of web servers on the Linux OS — 3 years .

Additional requirements:

• Understanding DevOps methodology, principles and techniques. Experience with AWS/Azure cloud platforms is welcome.
• Understanding and configuring CI/CD automation. Ability to use and work with management systems versions.
• Information security skills are welcome.
