We’re expanding and looking for an Information Security Lead / CISO to join our team and help optimize and improve our Information Security.
We are expect that you have experience in building Cyber Security for products designed for Cloud Environments.
A good technical background in operating and implementing security controls, along with leadership experience, is a prerequisite for this role.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as an Information Security Lead or CISO
• Experience with security frameworks and standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR
• Practical expertise in collaborating with auditors and passing international certifications and audits
• In-depth knowledge of cloud security architecture and services, preferably AWS
• Familiarity with Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) and microservices architecture
• Experience with security incident management, including detection and response
• Experience with information security technologies and solutions such as firewalls, WAF, VPN, SIEM, vulnerability management tools, secret management, IAM, and SSO
• Strong project management skills, including task planning and decomposing business goals
• English proficiency at the B2 level

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of ISMS (Information Security Management System)
• Maintain adherence to applicable regulations and standards in information security
• Development of long-term plans and budgets for information security
• Carry out a risk assessment to determine potential threats and vulnerabilities, as well as determine the necessary measures to prevent and reduce them
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into the development and deployment processes for microservices, databases, and cloud infrastructure
• Participate in designing and implementing secure architectures, providing guidance for security-related activities in company team’s projects and initiatives
• Supervise a dedicated security team and related processes
• Oversee the incident management and response, security monitoring, and vulnerability management processes
• Conduct regular security audits to assess the effectiveness of security controls and measures
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors
• Provides the leadership for the information security awareness program

Nice to have:

• Relevant security certifications
• Experience with AWS security toolsets, IaC tools
• Familiarity with AppSec standart such as BSIMM, SAMM
• Familiarity with iGaming industry standart such as GLI-33, GLI-19
