Manager of revenue planning and analysis in Nova poshta

Nova Poshta is the leader of express delivery in Ukraine. Our team is constantly growing, and now we are looking for: "Manager of planning and analysis of income". insurance;

What needs to be done:

• Formation of the annual budget of the Company's income — from the top level to the level of responsibility centers, networks, branches and separate divisions;
• Preparation revenue forecasts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis with detail by business lines and days;
• Control of the correctness of actual revenues, participation in the process of closing the period;
• Preparation of analytical reports on revenues (EN, weight, UAH) for management and other divisions;
• Formation of a report on the Company's price index for monthly financial reporting;
• Development of recommendations for the motivation system of the corporate sales department, including the algorithm for calculating motivational indicators;
• Formation of recommendations for the algorithm of securing customers for sales managers;
• Analysis of revenue by divisions on a regular basis, identifying deviations from goals, inefficiencies and potential financial losses; informing the responsible managers.
• Monthly factor analysis of the implementation of the income budget and comparison with the indicators of the previous period according to the agreed template;
• Participation in the improvement of the accounting information system, including the submission of technical revisions and testing of ready-made changes.

We expect from you:

• Higher education (economics, finance);
• Experience in a similar position from 3 years;
• Experience with Excel (advanced level), PowerPoint, Power BI;
• Experience with reporting and large data sets;
• Knowledge of accounting, principles of formation Federal Law, IFRS
