Business analyst in 3dravo

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst.

Main tasks:
- Collection, analysis and documentation of requirements for new or changed IT systems (CRM, ERP, SED, HRM, etc.) systems
- Analysis of current processes and proposals for automation or improvement
- Preparation of technical tasks and user stories (user stories)
- Testing of implemented solutions, verification of functional compliance with stated requirements
- Organization of demonstrations, presentations and training for users of new systems or modules
- Participation in the company’s digital transformation projects
- Data analysis and preparation of reports for guidelines (process efficiency, IT system usage metrics)
- Documentation of system changes (versions, updates, releases)

Necessary knowledge:
- Knowledge of notations: BPMN 2.0 (activity, sequence diagrams)
- Knowledge of analysis methods: AS IS/TO BE
- Requirements collection methods: interviews, workshops, questionnaires
- Formalization of requirements: BRD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria
- Understanding of the BABOK standard (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge)
- Integration between systems (API, webhooks, data exchange)
- Understanding of data architecture: tables, relationships, hierarchies, fields
- Basics of working with databases (relational principles, table relationships) join, where, group by); Agile/Scrum teams; API, JSON, logic of integrations

Necessary skills:
- Experience in a similar position from 1 year; 
- Requirements decomposition and structuring skills
- Working with Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query)
- Ability to read technical documentation
- Development of technical documentation
- Information structuring
- Development of training materials (manuals)
