Responsibilities:
- search and initiation of contacts on LinkedIn;
- work from 8 accounts;
- segmentation of contacts and database management;
- testing of alternative engagement channels;
- transfer of leads to the sales department.
Requirements:
- experience in lead generation or sales outreach;
- ability to write personalized messages;
- result orientation.
Your KPIs:
The first week (trial):
- 120-150 letters/day
- Accept: 25-35%
- Reply: 10-15%
- 4-7 trials / week
First month:
- 20+ trials / month
- 6-12 payments (together with sales)
If the KPI is fulfilled - we sign a long-term cooperation with a rate and bonuses.
Terms:
- rate 20,000 UAH + bonuses;
- remote, Mon-Fri, 10-18;
- career growth.
