HRD Assistant (HRM)

Provide operational and organizational support to HRD in the implementation of the HR strategy company

The main tasks of the position profile:

• Provision and maintenance of personnel;
• Quality on/off boarding. Management and support of the employee cycle in the company.
• Participation in the formation and implementation of corporate culture.
• Operational support of HR processes. Mentorship of HRM regions. (3 colleagues).
• Organization of new START AP projects. 
• BP automation, control. Coordination between HR services and operational areas to achieve business goals.
• Performance of assignments within the framework of HR processes.

Who we need and what is important to us:

• Experience in operational activities, or HR. 
• High level of communication and organizational skills.
• Skills for working with HR processes. Understanding of the integration function of HR in business.
• Experience in recruiting is a must.
