HR manager in Kicune

We are looking for an HR manager who will take over the full cycle of work with personnel. This position was created in order to build an efficient and structured HR system in the company, to ensure high-quality selection of employees and to maintain stable, comfortable work of the entire team. Responsibilities:

• Complete organization of the recruitment process: from analyzing the company's needs and finding candidates to conducting interviews and further support at all stages recruitment;

• Development and implementation of an adaptation program for new employees, assistance in integration into the team and work processes;

• Support of healthy internal communication and development of corporate culture, organization of internal events to unite the team;

• Close interaction with department heads to resolve current work issues, personnel planning and prevent conflicts situations;

Requirements:

• Experience in HR or recruiting will be a strong advantage (we also consider candidates with related experience who seek to develop in HR);

• Deep attention to people and details, a high level of empathy combined with responsibility and mandatory confidentiality;

• Understanding modern methods of searching and evaluating personnel;

• Confident command of a PC and office programs (Excel, Word, Google Docs), ability to work with online calendars and messengers;

• The desire to develop, learn new things and be flexible in a changing environment.
