Your area of responsibility:

  • Development and implementation of an HR strategy that meets the company's business goals (scaling 50 -> 100+).

  • Transformation of existing processes (recruitment, onboarding, evaluation) into a system function with clear KPIs and automation.

  • Consulting of department leaders in matters of team management, organizational structure building and planning succession.

  • Formation of a unique Adaptis vibe (EVP) that attracts talent and keeps the best.

  • Leadership and development of the existing HR team (HR manager and recruiter).

  • Implementation of evaluation systems (OKRs/KPIs) and development of a culture of high performance.

We expect from you:
