We are looking for a strategist who will take responsibility for the human capital architecture and turn the HR function into a powerful business growth engine.
You will not just manage processes - you will be a partner of the CEO and top management in making key decisions.
Your area of responsibility:
Development and implementation of an HR strategy that meets the company's business goals (scaling 50 -> 100+).
Transformation of existing processes (recruitment, onboarding, evaluation) into a system function with clear KPIs and automation.
Consulting of department leaders in matters of team management, organizational structure building and planning succession.
Formation of a unique Adaptis vibe (EVP) that attracts talent and keeps the best.
Leadership and development of the existing HR team (HR manager and recruiter).
Implementation of evaluation systems (OKRs/KPIs) and development of a culture of high performance.
We expect from you:
Experience in the position of HRD or Head of HR in companies that went through the phase of active growth.
Ability to talk to the business in the language of numbers and risks.
You know how to build processes "from scratch" or reboot existing ones so that they work without micromanagement.
Ability to inspire a team and be a mentor to colleagues.
Ability to work with HR analytics to make management decisions.
