The purpose of the roleHRBP:

- participation in the transformation of a business into a system company through the creation of a complete HR ecosystem. You will become an autonomous partner of the owners, able to translate their visionary vision into clear processes and ensure the scaling of the team without losing quality and corporate culture. HRBP acts as an "advocate for both sides", balancing the interests of the business and the needs of the team.

Main tasks:

Strategic management and HR architecture:

  • Development and implementation of an HR strategy that supports the growth of the company and its expansion into regions.

  • Performing the role of a methodologist: structuring knowledgeabout the product and the creation of internal training centers.

  • Implementation of LMS or knowledge base for systematic staff development.

Performance Management and C&B:

Corporate culture and processes:

  • Working with personnel document management and ensuring legal compliance (Compliance).

  • Experience in the position of HR Generalist / HRBP / HRD, preferably in retail or service companies with high standards.

  • Type of thinking: Affiliate position. You do not wait for instructions, but offer solutions and have your own plan of action.

  • Organizational design: Understanding the principles of building an effective structure.

Personal qualities:

  • Maturity and authority, the ability to mentor a team.

  • A balance of empathy and firmness: the ability to build warm relationships, but act decisively in the case of an employee's non-compliance with the company's values.

  • High level of emotional intelligence and mediation skills.

Format: Full-time, office work to ensure deep immersion in processes and culture.

  • Tools: The company is ready to invest in automation and the necessary software (LMS, recruiting platforms).
