HR with knowledge of the Spanish language in Ustinov M.D., FOP

We are an actively developing agency, and we invite to the team an HR specialist with knowledge of the Spanish language (B2+) for full-time employment in the office in Kyiv.

Main responsibilities:

• full recruitment cycle (search, screening, interviews, closing vacancies);

• conducting interview and communication with candidatesin Spanish;

• onboarding and adaptation of new employees;

• maintenance of the candidate database and internal HR documentation;

• interaction with department heads;

• participation in the development of HR processes and internal initiatives;

• coordination of the relocation of candidates and help with adaptation in Kyiv.

Requirements:

• knowledge of the Spanish language at the B2+ level (oral and written communication);

• good communication skills and ability to work with people;

• experience in recruiting will be an advantage (but not mandatory);

• confident PC user (Google Docs / MS Office) 5/2;

• development of professional skills, internal trainings and team support;

• comfortable conditions and prospects for career growth.
