We need a professional who has:

• Higher education (preferably technical, economic).
• Experience of working with 1C
• Work experience of 2 years or more (personnel inspector, personnel manager). Preferably at a manufacturing or construction enterprise.
• PC is an experienced user.
• Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine.
• Knowledge of personnel administration.
• Successful experience of optimizing personnel administration.
• Experience of working in companies with more than 150 employees.
• Experience of developing personal regulations and instructions organization, independence and responsibility, persistence, analytical, technical thinking, mathematical abilities, spatial imagination.

What tasks will be in front of you?

• Participate in development and drawing up the structure, staffing schedule, in accordance with the approved management structure, salary schemes, salary funds / allowances, etc. additional payments/, establishing the ranks of workers, job titles in accordance with the KP. vacations.
• Enter information about the qualitative and quantitative composition of employees and their movement in the 1C of the enterprise.
• Reporting of the personnel department.
• If necessary, participate in the selection of personnel.
