Assistant HR manager (learning, no experience) in ADITUM PLYuS

We atADITUM PLUS deal with real estate, but in fact our main asset is the people who sell it. Our HR department is like an air traffic control center right now: we're scaling up and we need someone to help keep that pace going without sacrificing quality.

What we offer:

What will you be engage:

Your main job is to give the HR manager the opportunity to focus on strategy while you take on the operational side of the job. This includes:

1. Conducting interviews: Qualitative assessment of candidates in face-to-face and online meetings, identifying their professional and personal qualities.

2. The first accountact: Conduct telephone interviews so that even candidates who are not suitable for us leave a positive impression of the company.

3. Helping new employees to make this period as efficient and comfortable as possible. Leave a review and send your contact details - even without a resume.
