FoodTech is a company that systematically builds processes and scales. Now we are strengthening the team with an HR specialist who will close recruitment + adaptation and help to "put on the rails" basic HR processes at the specialist level.
Goal
Ensure systematic recruitment and effective onboarding of new employees, implement basic standards (templates, checklists, regulations) in order to accelerate job closings and reduce turnover in the first 90 days.
Tasks
End-to-end recruiting:
- reception of application for selection, formation of candidate profile
- search/screening, coordination of interviews
- feedback, preparation and coordination offer, exit support
- maintenance of the selection funnel (status, agreements, risks), basic analytics (time-to-fill, conversions, sources)
Adaptation (onboarding):
- development and implementation of the adaptation program (Day 1 / Week 1 / Month 1)
- control of the execution of checklists by managers and newbies
- gathering feedback (7/14/30 days) and suggestions for improvements
HR operations and documentation:
- basic HR metrics, hiring plan, short regular COO reports
- participating in preparation/updating of role descriptions, job descriptions, instructions/SOPs with owners processes
- formation of the “minimum package” of HR artifacts: recruitment application template, vacancy structure, offer template, exit and adaptation checklists
Expectations from the candidate
- experience in full-cycle recruiting (from application to exit)
- ability to keep the process and deadlines: communication with managers, candidates, feedback, statuses
- structurality: funnel, checklists, templates, short reporting
- adequate "operationalism": quickly pick up tasks and bring them to a result
- competent written and spoken Ukrainian
Will be a plus:
- experience in building/implementing an onboarding program
- experience in production/operational companies or teams of 50–200 people
