HR specialist in international recruiting in Group Working

We are an international company "Group Working", which provides employment services in the EU countries. Our services help people fromdifferent countries officially work abroad, and our foreign partners get qualified workers with a full package of documents. Our offices are located in Ukraine, Poland and Germany. We are currently expanding our internal team and opening additional jobs in the recruiting department. 

Responsibilities:

• working with search sites
• placing vacancies
• conducting telephone interviews
• processing incoming requests from the company's official website (calls in CRM) / correspondence in messengers.
• candidates support, at all stages
• reporting

Requirements:

• Good communication and negotiation skills, ability effective interaction with candidates.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to changes
• Aspiration for development and improvement in the field of recruiting
