Purpose of the position

The HR specialist is responsible for the full cycle of personnel management: from finding and attracting candidates to supporting corporate culture, administering personnel processes and developing employees. The position involves close interaction with department heads and employees to ensure the effective operation of the HR function.

Essential Responsibilities

1. Recruitment

  • Search and selection of candidates for various positions.
  • Conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews.
  • Cooperation with recruiting agencies and professional platforms. 

2. Adaptation and development of personnel

  • Organization of the onboarding process of new employees.
  • Participation in the development and implementation of training programs.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of adaptation.

3. Personnel administration

  • Registration of hiring, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with labor law.
  • Maintenance of personal files and personnel documentation.
  • Preparation of excel files for outsourcing for further calculation of salaries.
  • Preparation of HR reporting.

4. Corporate culture and communications

  • Support and development of corporate values.
  • Organization of internal events and surveys.
  • Resolving conflict situations and maintaining a positive climate.

Candidate requirements

Education: Higher (preferably in the field of personnel management, psychology, management or law).

Work experience: From 2 years in a similar position (will be an advantage).

Knowledge of languages: English at least B2 level spoken and written.
