GO "Green-Landia" is a public organization that focuses its activities on improving the quality of life of the population through the promotion of healthy food, conscious consumption, and the development of physical activity. During the war, we consolidated resources in the direction of humanitarian and psychosocial assistance to people living in the territories affected by hostilities, we improve the conditions of temporary stay of evacuated residents in transit and receiving regions.

GOGreenlandia in partnership with Norwegian National Aid (NPAid) invites a fRecruiter/Recruiter to successfully complete the project tasks "Comprehensive approach to crisis response", aimed at increasing public awareness of security during crisis situations. The purpose of the project is to provide people with knowledge and practical skills for self-defense and risk reduction in emergency and crisis situations, in particular in the context of military operations.

• Search and selection of candidates for rare and specialized positions;
• Conducting labor market analysis to determine the availability of specialists and search channels;
• Cooperation with the manager project to determine the profile of candidates and job requirements;
• Organization and conduct of interviews, assessment of candidate competencies;
• Maintenance of a candidate database and maintenance of long-term relationships with potential employees;
• Using various recruiting channels: professional networks, social platforms, specialized resources.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on complex or highly specialized vacancies;
• Excellent skills communication and candidate evaluations;
• Ability to work with various search channels and recruiting methods;
• Responsibility, organization, result-oriented;
• Proficiency in the Ukrainian language, knowledge of English will be an advantage.
