Personnel specialist in Tradeks Agri

Tradex Agri Group has been engaged in the cultivation of grain and oil crops, their storage, sale and trading since 2010. We work on domestic and foreign markets. Dairy farming is also among the specializations.

In connection with the expansion of the Personnel Department, we are looking for a "Personnel Specialist".

We are looking active, communicative, ambitious and goal-oriented in their team. We will suit those who are not afraid to set goals and achieve them, who have proven themselves as a team player and leader. 700">Planning, organization and full cycle of recruitment processes: from preparation of job descriptions and posting of advertisements on the main job sites to interviews, evaluation of candidates and formation of job offers

Our expectations:

• Higher education;
• Experience of at least 1-2 years in personnel selection and adaptation, in an agro company will be a plus;
• Experience of working with major job sites, social networks and educational institutions;
• Proficiency in MS Office programs: Word, Excel, PPT.
