Pharmaceutical factory "VIOLA" is a modern pharmaceutical enterprise that has been working on the creation of medicines for more than 80 years. We invite a Specialist in military accounting and booking to become part of our team.

You are our candidate if:

• you have experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;
• you have knowledge of the rules of document management and official correspondence with military and government institutions;
• you have a valid certificate in military accounting (preferred);
• attentive to details, responsible, able to work with confidential information;
• understand booking processes;
• ready for continuous training and improvement.

In our team you will:

• maintain military records of employees in accordance with legislation, electronic databases of military conscripts, conscripts;
• check military registration documents of candidates during registration;
• provide consulting support for employees on military accounting issues;
• prepare reports, notices, certificates for TCC and SP;
• interact with TCC bodies, participate in inspections and audits;
• compose and submit internal reports.
